All agency employees have the responsibility to help communicate accurate and timely
information to the public and in a professional manner. Any employee who identifies a mistake
in reporting should bring the error to the agency Communications Director or other appropriate
staff member. Communications by employees in an official agency role must comply with all
laws related to trademark, copyright and software use. Employees must also follow all Agency
policies that may apply.
